πŸ” Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on domestic orders under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Limit: Exchanges are permitted once per order.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange: Please email us at support@kiarra.in within the 24-hour window.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping:

  1. We will arrange a reverse pickup for your item.

  2. Once the product passes our Quality Check (QC), we will dispatch the replacement size/item within 3–4 working days.


πŸ’Έ Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

Please note that while we accept returns for store credit, we do not offer cash or bank refunds.

  • Store Credit: Approved returns are refunded via store credit only.

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Expired credits cannot be reactivated or redeemed.

  • Redemption: Store credits can be used for any future order at KIARRA.

  • Condition: Credit is issued only after the returned item passes our QC.

  • Color Variations: Product photos are for reference only. Slight variations in color may occur due to studio lighting or individual screen settings.

  • Handcrafted Nature: As our products are designer-inspired recreations, minor differences may occur.

  • Embellishments: Customers purchasing items with beads, sequins, or embroidery should note these elements are delicate and may come loose during transit. This is not considered a manufacturing defect, as replacements are likely to have similar characteristics.


❌ Cancellation Policy

We’re always sad to see a cancellation, but we understand plans change.

  • Time Limit: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

  • Prepaid Orders: You may opt for a credit note or a replacement product of equal value. Please note a 2–3% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.

  • COD Orders: You may cancel within 24 hours or decline the order at the time of delivery.

  • Kiarra-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In these instances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
